Ribeira Sacra could be defined as one of inland Galicia’s best-kept secrets. With much less humidity than its eastern neighbor, Rias Biaxas, this region is known for producing wines with incredible concentration, expressive of the local terroir. This incredible Mencia shows a natural freshness and is a perfect example of the best wine making in the region.
Winemaker’s tasting notes
Pale Straw in color, this Godello has all the lemon verbena you’ve come to savor from this Galician grape. There is a subtlety of peach skin and chamomile and notes of quince. The slick leesy texture keeps the acid in check adding both body and definition.
