Creamy lemons, apricots and brioche on the nose, with a hint of beetroot. Light to medium body with some generous melon flavors that tail off with the soft, creamy mousse. Delicate and a little light, too.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
Lemon/lime zest, and white currant with clean minerality reminiscent of crushed rock and white currant notes are present in this crisp, elegant, refreshing, zesty, dry sparkler.
